The deputy mayor of Stockholm dressed as a drag queen for a gathering with kids, as a part of a marketing campaign in opposition to “intolerance and populism”.
Jan Jonsson, 45, a member of the Libera Social gatheringl, defined that he began the marketing campaign after criticism from the far-right Sweden Democrats in opposition to the “drag queens” who learn books to kids in libraries or set up visits in the principle theater of Stockholm.
These kind of occasions have been held within the nation since 2017.
